このグローバル社会において、発展途上国の医療にいかに貢献できるかを、真剣に議論すべき時なのです。
JICA等、アフリカの援助に力を尽くしておられる方にお会いしました。今後はつたない英文を交えてメッセージを

As one of the developed countries,what can Japan do for the wealfare,particurarly
in the developing countries. This is the moment , when we should discuss about it,
in earnest, since the H1N1 virus is spreading very rapidly worldwide. We should be
aware that , unless we strengthen our global collabolation, new disease will always
threaten us. Like a virus in Mexico, in a globalized world, microbial threats that seem
far away, can be our doorstep in hours. Dr.Richard Besser pointed out that ,as a
global community, we are only as strong as our weakest link.
Moreover, since there are numerous number of women who die in child birth
in poor countries, where infant mortarity rate is also high.
This is why sufficiant quality of sanitation and medical care are required the most in those
countries.
Based on our medical experience ,we would be happy if we could contribute aids to those sufferers.
And there must be many things we should learn from developing countries,such as the
importance of living with nature and the power of spirit, where modern medicine falls short.
Acupuncture and herbal medicine could be supplementary choices which we could offer .
